Missing Juvenile at RISK 
The Davis Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in locating a missing juvenile who is at risk due to a medical condition. Alexander Kennedy is a 16-year-old white male juvenile who is 6’2” tall and 170 pounds. He has long wavy brown hair and brown eyes, and was last seen at 10:30 a.m. today riding a black and green bike on Russell Boulevard towards Lake Boulevard. Alexander was wearing a silver bike helmet, a mustard yellow or pink t shirt, and grey sweatpants. He is known to frequent the Death Star (Humanities Building) on the UCD campus, Westlake Plaza and the area of Oak Avenue.
