Window Art Show & Window Art Walk, Sunday 10/8
Main Street Highland Park, the Highland Park Art Collective, and the Highland Park Arts Commission bring you the annual showcase of artwork from local artists starting at 3:00 p.m. at (Garden Party, 60 Raritan Ave) and ends around 5:30 p.m. at (Pino’s, 13 North 4th Ave). Walking tour participants get a drink ticket and pizza at Pino’s at the end of the walk!
Flu Clinic, Tuesday 10/10

Halloween on the Avenue & Jack-O-Lantern Contest, Tuesday 10/31

Free Groceries distribution by H.P. Gives a Hoot, Tuesdays 10/3, 10/10, 10/17 10/24 & 10/31
Highland Park Gives a Hoot offers free groceries to Highland Park families in need of support. Distributions are held every Tuesday from 10:00 a.m. – 11:00 a.m. at the Zone 6 Teen Center, 600 Benner Street.
Food Pantry Distribution, Thursdays 10/12 & 10/14 & Saturdays 10/26 & 10/28

Bulk pick-up by Appointment, Wednesday 10/4, 10/11, 10/18 & 10/25
Reminder to residents that Bulk Waste Collection are by appointment and can be scheduled on Wednesdays during the month of October. To make an appointment, please call Public Works at 732-247-9379. Each household may request up to two collections per year.
Highland Park Recreation Programs
Highland Park Recreation offers a variety of adult and youth programs. Families that qualify for free and reduced lunch are eligible for a 60% discount on all programs offered by the Borough.
Raices Cultural Center Programming at the Environmental Center
