Bridge repairs along Murphy Road near Gee Creek to begin October 9, 2023 
WINTER SPRINGS, Fla.--- The City of Winter Springs is advising residents of an increase in construction traffic along a portion of Murphy Road that will impact traffic.
During a recent inspection, the Florida Department of Transportation determined that the bridge on Murphy Road at Gee Creek, while still functional, would require repair.
Beginning October 9, 2023, residents along Murphy Road near Gee Creek can expect increased construction traffic as crews begin making the necessary repairs.
The repairs are expected to take several weeks to complete, and motorists may wish to seek an alternative route.
