Who Killed Cedrick Edmonson, Investigators Need Information 
Homicide investigators need the public’s help for information on the death of 27-year-old Cedrick Edmonson in east Harris County.
On Saturday, July 15, 2023, at 9:50 p.m., deputies responded to a 911 call for a male shot in the 14500 block of Victoria Street. When deputies arrived, several people around the victim were trying to give lifesaving treatment. He was transported by EMS to a local hospital but died later that night.
The victim, Cedrick, had attended a family gathering at a residence near the corner of Victoria and Nancy Rose. Investigators learned he told friends he was leaving the party and waited outside for his ride to come.
A witness saw a dark-colored truck driving away from the scene after hearing gunshots. He then found Cedrick lying in the grass lot.
