* WHAT...Urban and small stream flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.
* WHERE...A portion of southwest Michigan, including the following county, Kalamazoo.
* WHEN...Until 400 PM EDT Thursday.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Ponding of water in urban or other areas is occurring or is imminent.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 954 AM EDT, reliable reports have been received of heavy rain in the advisory area. This is causing urban and small stream flooding. Between 1.5 and 2 inches of rain has already fallen in and around the Kalamazoo metro area.
