**UPDATE**River St and Ann St Reconstruction and Water Main Replacement project. 
This is an update to the ongoing River St and Ann St Reconstruction and Water Main Replacement project.
Monday, October 9th beginning at approximately 7:00 am the intersection at River Street and Wilcox Avenue will be closed to all traffic to allow replacement of a sanitary sewer manhole. There will be no OPT bus service between Mitchell Street and Parish Avenue. Work is expected to last all day.
Please avoid this and the immediate surrounding areas if at all possible. Temporary barricades will be in place. Please exercise extreme caution and obey all signs and barriers.
The City will issue periodic project updates or changes via Nixle PSA as needed.
