* WHERE...Hancock, Southern Penobscot and Central and Coastal Washington Counties.

* WHEN...From Saturday afternoon through Sunday morning.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flash flooding of fast responding creeks, and streams, and flooding of other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Locally heavy rainfall will begin by mid-late Saturday afternoon and continue through Saturday night, before tapering off by around sunrise Sunday morning.
