On September 21, 2023, at 6:00 pm, Santa Clara Police Department (SCPD) officers responded to the interior section of the stadium regarding a disturbance. Officers investigated the report of a fight that occurred between multiple subjects and determined that one of the subjects committed two separate acts of battery against two different victims. That suspect was arrested for assault and battery.
The SCPD is seeking public assistance in identifying two persons who were involved in this physical altercation. The male and female pictured in the images have not yet been identified. Fan violence at Levi’s Stadium will not be tolerated. Persons in violation of Levi’s Stadium Code of Conduct may be prohibited from attending future events at Levi’s Stadium. The SCPD would like to identify these persons in order to proceed with criminal accountability and to ensure their awareness that they are prohibited from future events at Levi’s Stadium.
