* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 133 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly across portions of the advisory area. Between 0.5 and 1.5 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts up to an inch are possible. Water may be slow to drain in coastal locations due to the upcoming high tide. - Some locations that may experience flooding include... Long Branch, Asbury Park, Sandy Hook, Lakewood, Middletown, Howell, Tinton Falls, Holmdel, Red Bank, Keansburg, Matawan, and Manasquan. - This includes the following highways...
