* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Confidence continues to increase with regard to a strong North Pacific low lifting northward into the Western Bering Sea through Wednesday. Storm-force winds along with hurricane-force gusts will accompany this storm. The highest winds are expected Wednesday morning through early Thursday morning with southeasterly winds shifting to the southwest through the event. Winds should slowly diminish through the rest of the day Thursday as the storm slowly weakens and moves eastward.
