Armed Robbery

DATE/TIME: October 8th 2023
LOCATION: 1300 Arguello, Redwood City
Media Information: On October 8th at around 2:15 PM Redwood City Police were dispatched to the Food Stop Market on the report of an armed robbery that had just occurred. The lone male victim advised two masked suspects approached him on foot with handguns. One of the suspects pistol whipped the victim twice in the head and then forcibly removed his gold chain and bracelet. The two armed suspects joined a third get-away driver and they fled West on Whipple Avenue in a gray Nissan Altima with Arizona plates.
The suspects are described as Hispanic Male Adults. One wearing a gray hoodie with a silver handgun, the other wearing a black hoodie with a black handgun.
The victim received minor injuries and declined further medical treatment.
