**UPDATE**River St and Ann St Reconstruction and Water Main Replacement project. 10/10/23 
This is an update to the ongoing River St and Ann St Reconstruction and Water Main Replacement project.
On Tuesday, October 10th, beginning at approximately 7:00 am, the intersection of River Street and Mitchell Street will be closed to allow work on a manhole . River Street will remain open to one-way traffic. Residents on Mitchell Street need to use alternative routes. Work is expected to last approximately three hours.
Please avoid this area if at all possible. Temporary signage , lights and barricades will be in place. Please exercise extreme caution and obey all signs and barriers.
The City will issue periodic project updates or changes via Nixle PSA as needed.
