Activity for October 9, 2023:
- Officer Baker responded to the 700 block of West Michigan Avenue for a suspicious situation. A 22-year-old male was arrested on an outstanding felony warrant.
- Officer Bean and Officer Goings were dispatched to the 300 block of Steward Avenue for a disorderly subject. A 32-year-old male received citations for possession of narcotic paraphernalia, and resisting and obstructing. He was arrested on an outstanding felony warrant.
- Officer Goble responded to the 2000 block of Fourth Street for a found firearm. The investigation is ongoing.
- Officer Kuhn was dispatched to the 500 block of Harris Street for a breaking and entering report.
- Officer Baker assisted City Inspection in the 1200 block of Williams Street.
- Officer Baker visited Parkside Middle School.
- Officers responded to Chapin Street and South Gorham Street for shots fired. Casings were located in the area.
- Officers were dispatched to the 100 block of Laurel Court for a disorderly subject. The subject left prior to officers’ arrival, and was not located.
- Officers responded to the 100 block of Wall Street for shots fired. A residence in the area was struck, and no injuries were reported.
