* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.
* WHERE...The following area, Northern Inner Channels.
* WHEN...Until 445 PM AKDT Tuesday.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 446 AM AKDT, river gauge reports indicate rises in water levels from heavy rain in the advisory area. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly. - A crest is anticipated this morning and the river should be falling by afternoon. The river has crested upstream of Klukwan Monday night. - For Chilkat River at Klukwan: At 4:00am the stage was 126.25 feet. Flood Stage is 126.0 feet. Forecast: A crest around 126.7 feet is expected around 10:00am Tuesday.
* AFFECTED AREAS: HAINES BOROUGH AND KLUKWAN
