Downtown power outage affects City Hall, bldg now closed for the day. Planning Commission meeting will go on at 7 p.m. at ELHCC. 
There is a power outage in downtown East Lansing that includes City Hall. The Board of Water and Light has been notified. City Hall staff are leaving early and the building is closed until tomorrow (Thursday, Oct. 12).
The East Lansing Hannah Community Center (ELHCC), 819 Abbot Road has power. Tonight’s Planning Commission meeting will go ahead as scheduled at 7 p.m.
