09/25/2023 @ 1623. A man and a woman were walking EB on the south sidewalk of Beverly Place when a man approached them from behind while armed with a handgun and demanded their Rolex watches. A brief struggle ensued, and the female victim screamed for help, which caused both suspects to run to a vehicle that was parked nearby and flee the area. #05461

The suspect removed unsecured mail packages and opened resident mailboxes and removed mail. The suspect also went to the second floor of the complex and removed unsecured mail packages from the hallway. #05521
