* WHAT...Northwest winds 30 to 40 mph with gusts up to 60 mph expected.
* WHERE...Trego, Ellis, Scott, Lane and Ness Counties.
* WHEN...From 10 PM this evening to 4 PM CDT Friday.
* IMPACTS...Damaging winds will blow down trees and power lines. Power outages possible. Travel will be difficult, especially for high profile vehicles. Blown dust and lowered visibility might also be possible.
* AFFECTED AREAS: TREGO ... ELLIS ... SCOTT ... LANE ... NESS
