UPDATE- Roadway now open from a large tree that fell onto power lines on Whitlock Ave @ Cleburne Ave.

A large tree has fallen across Whitlock Avenue @ Cleburne Avenue across power lines and onto a van. The driver of the van, who was briefly stuck inside of the vehicle is being treated on scene by Marietta Fire Department and Metro Ambulance for minor injuries. Crews are responding to secure the power lines and remove the tree. The estimated time of the road re-opening is not known at this time.
