“We are monitoring the terror attacks on Israel by Hamas, and the ramifications to our community and the homeland. I attended a situation briefing provided by the FBI, New Jersey State Police, New Jersey Office of Homeland Security and Preparedness, and law enforcement agencies from across the region. At this time there is NO SPECIFIC THREATS to our community and region, however we urge everyone to remain vigilant, and immediately report any suspicious activity.
Gloucester Township Police will be conducting increased high visibility patrols and target hardening details at our houses of worship and other public locations in our community.
