Increased Police Presence today, Oct. 13th. 
The Town of New Castle Police Department will have an increased presence at all the schools, places of worship, and throughout our community today, Friday, October 13th.
There is no specific threat to the Town of New Castle or the County of Westchester at this time. Still, we continually work and communicate with other police agencies to ensure our awareness of potential threats.
These steps are being taken with an abundance of caution.
Officers will remain vigilant, and we encourage the public to report any suspicious activity.
