Investigation Information 
As Philadephia Police have just announced, the South Brunswick Police have been working throughout the day with the Philadelphia Police Homicide Unit and the ATF in the ongoing homicide investigation of a Philadelphia police officer last night. The Philadelphia police officer was shot in the parking deck at the Philadelphia International Airport just after 11:15 PM. The suspects fled in a vehicle. At around 1 AM, South Brunswick officers responded to a vehicle on fire off Route 32. The Monmouth Junction Fire Department extinguished the fire.
Our local investigation conducted by the South Brunswick Fire Marshals Office and detectives connected the case to the officer's murder. A dozen investigators worked throughout the day investigating the scene.
