INCIDENT: HS 11378: POSSESSION OF NARCOTICS FOR SALES
LOCATION: Horsemen’s Center Park, 24320 Highway 18, Apple Valley
SUSPECT: Michael Cotton, 44-years-old, resident of Apple Valley
SUMMARY:
On Thursday, October 12, 2023, at 1:15pm, Deputies D. Steuerwald and G. Villalbaparra conducted a vehicle check on a white Toyota Corolla at Horsemen’s Center Park in Apple Valley.
Michael Cotton was sitting in the front seat of the vehicle. Cotton had an outstanding felony warrant for his arrest and was in possession of approximately 15 grams of methamphetamine, narcotics packaging materials and cash.
Michael Cotton was arrested for possession of narcotics for sales and an outstanding warrant. He was booked at the High Desert Detention Center and is currently being held in lieu of $250,000 bail.
