Special Event: Road Closures on Sunday, 10/15 
The 11th annual Clo Cow Half Marathon is taking place on Sunday, October 15, 2023 in Downtown Petaluma.
Road closures will be in effect before, during, and after the event. The road closures have been requested to enhance the safety of participants and spectators. The event is scheduled to start at 7:30 AM and ends at approximately 11:30 AM. Road closures will take effect starting at 5:30 AM until 1:00 PM if needed.
Road closures and times will include:
1. Kentucky St/4th St (Between B St and Western Ave) - 5:30 am - 12:30 pm
2. Western Ave. (Between Keller St and Kentucky St) - 7:00 am - 11:30 am
3. Rolling temporary closures with the assistance of PPD and CHP Officers along Western Ave for the start of the races.
No parking locations and times:
1. Kentucky St/4th St (Between B St and Western Ave)- 3:00 am - 12:30 pm
2. A St Parking Lot- 3:00 am - 12:30 pm
3. Western Ave (Westbound from Kentucky St to Webster St) - 5:30 am - 8:00 am
4. Western Ave (Eastbound from Webster St to Kentucky St) - 5:30 am - 11:00 am
The Police Department will be working this event to reasonably accommodate any traffic related issues. We appreciate the public's patience and request those who cannot avoid the area to allow plenty of time for travel. Good luck to all the runners!
