Full Notification

On 10/14/2023, at approximately 1256 hours, a 61 year-old Simi Valley resident was traveling westbound on Royal Ave, near the intersection of Haven Ave, when he veered off the roadway and collided with a light pole.  The light pole was located at 2051 Royal Ave.  The male subject was transported to Los Robles medical center where he was pronounced deceased.
