145 lbs, black hair, brown eyes, wearing a black tank top, pink bandana and plaid pajama pants. Last seen in the 700 Blk of W. Camino Real Ave. on 10/15/23 at 2 PM. Phobe does not have a cellular telephone or any cash/credit cards.
