MONDAY, OCTOBER 9, 2023
3:46 AM: Officers investigated an auto burglary that occurred on Joaquin Murieta Avenue.
9:23 AM: Community Service Officer Vuong investigated an auto burglary that occurred overnight in a residential parking lot on Sycamore Street.
10:03 AM: Detective Musantry and Detective Herbert contacted and arrested a 52-year-old male out of Fremont for multiple felony warrants on Cedar Court. He was booked into Santa Rita Jail.
TUESDAY, October 10, 2023
2:11 PM: Officer McCuin arrested a 29-year-old male out of Newark for battery and vandalism in the area of 7000 Jarvis Avenue. He was booked into Santa Rita Jail.
11:45 PM: Officer Cervantes arrested a 47-year-oldmale out of Hayward for assault with a deadly weapon in the area of 36000 Magnolia Street. The suspect was booked into Santa Rita Jail.
WEDNESDAY, OCTOBER 11, 2023
8:44 AM: Officers investigated a grand theft of an electric vehicle charging cable in the area of Dumbarton Court.
3:20 PM: Officer Losier investigated a robbery from a restaurant on Newark Boulevard. The unknown suspects stole food.
THURSDAY, OCTOBER 12, 2023
2:44 PM: Officers responded to a report of a road rage incident where the suspect pointed a firearm at the victim. Officers located the suspect, a 22-year-old male out of Fremont, and located a replica handgun. He was arrested and booked into Santa Rita Jail for brandishing an imitation firearm.
3:52 PM: Officers responded to the 6600 block of Smith Avenue for a report of a robbery of a silver Citizen watch. Officer Quinonez is investigating.
11:32 PM: Officer Torres arrested a 28-year-old female out of Newark in the area of Mowry Avenue for public intoxication. She was booked into Santa Rita Jail.
FRIDAY, OCTOBER 13, 2023
7:11 AM: Officer Frentescu investigated an auto burglary that occurred in a parking lot near Newpark Mall Road.
9:14 AM: Officers investigated a package theft that occurred overnight on Seawind Way.
10:21 AM: Officer Losier is investigated a vandalism that occurred on Indian Wells Drive.
12:40 PM: Officers investigated an auto burglary that occurred in the 5400 block of Thornton Avenue.
1:31 PM: Officers investigated an auto burglary on Newark Boulevard.
SATURDAY OCTOBER 14, 2023
10:23 AM: Officer Johnson contacted a 26-year-old male out of Newark near Newpark Mall road. He was arrested and booked into Santa Rita Jail for a misdemeanor warrant.
6:10 PM: Officer Soto arrested a 31-year-old male for violating a restraining order and outstanding warrants. He was booked at Santa Rita Jail.
10:05 PM: Officer Swadener arrested a 25-Year-old male out of Newark for driving under the influence. He was booked at Santa Rita Jail.
SUNDAY, OCTOBER 15, 2023
8:03 AM: Officers investigated an auto burglary that occurred on Joaquin Murrieta Avenue.
8:32 AM: Seargeant Warren observed a 34-year-old male out of Newark riding his bicycle near Newark Park Mall Road and learned he had a felony warrant for his arrest. Seargeant Warren attempted to stop the male, but he fled on his bicycle. After a brief pursuit, the male was taken into custody and booked into Santa Rita Jail for his warrants.
