**UPDATE**- Glenwood Creek Culvert Project - Lane Closure - Rose Ave & Forest Ave - 10/17/23 
Upstate Companies I, LLC will be putting in place a lane closure today, Oct. 17th between Rose Ave and Forest Ave for installation of soldier piles. The traffic light will be placed in flash mode during this time.
Please use caution and obey all flaggers and temporary traffic control devices.
