Activity for October 16, 2023:
- Officer Marcum responded to the 1600 block of Lansing Avenue for a warrant pick-up. A 33-year-old male was arrested on an outstanding felony warrant.
- Officer Marcum was dispatched to the 600 block of Edgewood Street for a stolen vehicle report. The vehicle was entered into the national database as stolen.
- Officer Elston responded to the 900 block of Hallett Street for a larceny report. A firearm was entered into the national database as stolen.
- Officer Marcum visited with students at JCISD Central Campus.
- Officer Brooker made contact with a subject in the 200 block of Gilbert Street. An 18-year-old male was lodged at JSO on an outstanding warrant.
- Officer Tripp was dispatched to East Porter Street and Ellery Avenue for a traffic crash. A 39-year-old male was arrested for leaving the scene of an accident; driving while intoxicated; and resisting and obstructing.
- Officer Simon conducted a traffic stop near West Michigan Avenue and Fourth Street. The 31-year-old female driver was arrested for resisting and obstructing, and an outstanding misdemeanor warrant.
- Officers responded to a domestic dispute in the 700 block of West Michigan Avenue. A 24-year-old male was arrested for PPO violation, and conditional bond violation.
