10/12/2023 @ 1030. A woman was sitting at the bus stop when the suspect approached and tried to pull the victim’s cell phone from her hands. A struggle ensued, during which the suspect punched the victim in the face and gained control of her cell phone. The suspect threw the cell phone onto the ground and ran from the area.
