Water Conservation 
Per Ordinance 775, Section 23, we are issuing a Stage Two Water Conservation tomorrow until Friday morning at 8:00 a.m. The complete ordinance can be found at www.richhillmo.com or by contacting City Hall at (417)395-2223.
This will allow planned repairs to the piping at the water plant to be completed. More repairs will be competed in the near future that could require another water conservation. Updates will be made as necessary.
