SUMMARY: On October 18, 2023, deputies with the Chino Hills Police Department received a request for assistance regarding a missing person in the unincorporated area of Montclair. The family of Tomas Cubias reported he left his home in the 3800 block of Hampton Drive at approximately 3:30 p.m., leaving his phone behind, and has not been seen since.
Cubias is 5 feet tall, weighs approximately 150 pounds, and has black hair and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing a blue shirt, black pants, and black shoes. Cubias suffers from dementia and is known to frequent El Super and Cardenas markets on Holt Ave, in Pomona.
