Activity for October 18, 2023:
- Officers were dispatched to the 2000 block of Leroy Street for a domestic dispute. A 32-year-old male was arrested for PPO violation; conditional bond violation; and possession of narcotics.
- Officer Bean responded to the 1600 block of Lansing Avenue for a parole violation. A 43-year-old male was arrested for parole violation.
- Officer Vernier was dispatched to the 700 block of Greenwood Avenue for a domestic dispute. A 36-year-old female was arrested for domestic assault.
- Officer Kuhn visited Hunt Elementary.
- Officer Goble visited Parkside Middle School.
- Sergeant Thoresen recovered a stolen vehicle in the area of South Elm Avenue and Sweet Avenue. The vehicle was returned to the owner.
- Officer Justice responded to the 100 block of West South Street for a stolen vehicle report. The vehicle was entered into the national database as stolen.
- Officer Erwin conducted a traffic stop at Lansing Avenue and Jefferson Street. A 37-year-old male was arrested for PPO violation, and an outstanding warrant.
- Officer Justice conducted a traffic stop near West Michigan Avenue and Fourth Street. The 22-year-old male driver was arrested for driving while intoxicated.
- Officer Farnsworth responded to the 300 block of Steward Avenue for a disorderly subject. A 41-year-old male was arrested for malicious destruction of property over $1,000.00, and trespassing.
