Third Avenue continues to be closed from Scrapetown Road to Hughes Avenue from Thursday, October 19th through Thursday, November 9th, from 6:30am to 5:00pm for milling and paving operations.  Emergency vehicles, school buses, trash trucks, recycling trucks and mail carriers will have access during milling operations.  Detours are in place and signs are posted.  Please seek alternate routes.  Please exercise caution in work zones
