* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Ponding of water in urban or other areas is occurring or is imminent.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 850 AM EDT, Trained weather spotters and automated gauges reported between 1 and 2.5 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall this morning will cause ponding on roads, and areas of minor urban and small stream flooding. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
