Missing Person Leela Marie Givens: At Risk
The Oakland Police Department is requesting assistance from our community and media partners in locating Missing Person, Leela Marie Givens, who is at risk.
She was last seen on October 20, 2023, in the 9800 block of Plymouth Street. Givens’ clothing is unknown.
Givens is described as a 46-year-old, white female. She stands 5’6” and weighs 350 pounds, with blond hair, and blue eyes. The family reports Givens is in good physical condition and has mental health challenges
