* WHEN...From 2 PM Tuesday to 11 PM PDT Wednesday.
* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. Travel may be challenging and difficult over mountain passes and high elevation roadways. These winter weather conditions could impact the Tuesday evening and Wednesday morning commutes.
