LOCATION: 11700 block of Foothill Blvd, Rancho Cucamonga
SUSPECT(S): Laione K J Latu, Age 43, Transient from Fontana
VICTIM(S): Confidential
SUMMARY: On Sunday, October 22, 2023, at approximately 12:27 p.m., Rancho Cucamonga deputies responded to a call for service at a gas station in the 11700 block of Foothill Boulevard, in reference to a male subject who threw rocks at vehicles at the gas pumps.
Deputies arrived and located several vehicles with broken windows and dents from the thrown rocks. Laione K J Latu, a transient from Fontana, was located and identified as the suspect. He was arrested and booked at West Valley Detention Center for vandalism.
