* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.

* WHERE...A portion of west central Texas, including the following counties, Crockett and Irion.

* WHEN...Until 215 AM CDT.

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1109 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 1 and 2 inches of rain have fallen. - Additional rainfall amounts of 0.5 to 1 inch are expected over the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Mertzon, Ozona, Barnhart, Sherwood, The Intersection Of Us 190 And Highway 163, The Intersection Of I-10 And Highway 405 and The Intersection Of I-10 And Highway 290. - This includes Interstate 10 between Mile Markers 331 and 363. This includes the following Low Water Crossings...
