* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.

* WHERE...A portion of west central Texas, including the following counties, Fisher, Jones, Nolan and Taylor.

* WHEN...Until 630 AM CDT.

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 326 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 0.75 and 1.75 inches of rain have fallen. - Additional rainfall amounts of 0.5 to 1 inch are expected over the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Sweetwater, Hamlin, Roscoe, Blackwell, Nolan, Roby, Trent, Longworth, Sylvester, Maryneal, Noodle, Mccaulley, Champion, Neinda, Hylton, Lake Sweetwater, Camp Boothe Oaks, Busby, Gannon and The Intersection Of Highway 70 And Ranch Road 53. - This includes Interstate 20 between Mile Markers 229 and 264. This includes the following Low Water Crossings... IH 20 frontage roads crossing Sweetwater Creek, IH 20 frontage roads crossing Plum Creek, FM 1170 crossing Eagle Creek, IH 20 frontage roads crossing Towd Creek, FM 2035 crossing Bitter Creek, IH 20 frontage roads crossing Bitter Creek, crossings along County Road 141, County Road 108 crossing Kldoogan Creek, crossings along County Road 226 and County Road 143 crossing Idlewild Creek. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
