HELP BPD LOCATE THIS VICTIM
On October 16th, around 1:20 p.m., an unknown female victim was near the intersection of Oxford Street and Center Street when they were approached and picked up by a male subject. The male grabbed the victim from behind, picked them up off the ground, and licked them from their neck to their eye. The suspect would not let go of the victim and began walking away with them. A bystander saw the encounter and intervened, allowing the victim to flee from the area without being contacted.
The suspect has since been arrested for other pending charges.
