* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.

* WHERE...Portions of central and west central Wisconsin, including the following counties, in central Wisconsin, Clark. In west central Wisconsin, Buffalo, Jackson and Trempealeau.

* WHEN...Until 1015 PM CDT.

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Localized street flooding in urban areas. Rises on creeks and streams could exceed bankfull.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 706 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Winona, Black River Falls, Arcadia, Trempealeau, Galesville, Blair, Fountain City, Hatfield, Dodge, Franklin, Irving, Ettrick, Alma Center, Taylor, Hixton, and Disco. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
