* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues.
* WHERE...Portions of central and west central Wisconsin, including the following counties, in central Wisconsin, Clark. In west central Wisconsin, Buffalo, Jackson and Trempealeau.
* WHEN...Until 1215 AM CDT.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and overflowing poor drainage areas.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 957 PM CDT, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 3 and 5 inches of rain have fallen. - Additional rainfall amounts up to 1 inch are expected over the area which will result in additional minor flooding. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Winona, Black River Falls, Arcadia, Trempealeau, Galesville, Blair, Fountain City, Millston, Hatfield, Shortville, Dodge, Franklin, Irving, Merrillan, Ettrick, Alma Center, Taylor, Hixton, City Point and Disco. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
