Flood Warning until 08:30AM Wednesday

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.

* WHERE...Portions of central and west central Wisconsin, including the following counties, in central Wisconsin, Clark. In west central Wisconsin, Buffalo, Jackson and Trempealeau.

* WHEN...Until 830 AM CDT Wednesday.

* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. Numerous roads remain closed due to flooding.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1135 PM CDT, local law enforcement reported road closures due to recent heavy rains. Between 3 and 5 inches of rain have fallen causing most creeks and smaller rivers to rise late Tuesday. - Additional rainfall amounts up to 0.5 inches are possible in the warned area. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Winona, Black River Falls, Arcadia, Trempealeau, Galesville, Blair, Fountain City, Millston, Hatfield, Shortville, Dodge, Franklin, Irving, Merrillan, Ettrick, Alma Center, Taylor, Hixton, City Point and Disco. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
