* WHAT...Snow especially elevations above 3500 feet. Additional snow accumulations 1 to 3 inches above 3500 feet and a half an inch to 2 inches below 3500 feet. North winds gusting up to 30 mph.

* WHERE...Lookout Pass, Fourth Of July Pass, St. Maries, Osburn, Eastport, Bonners Ferry, Kellogg, Clark Fork, Schweitzer Mountain Road, Priest River, Pinehurst, Dobson Pass, Sandpoint, Wallace, Athol, Mullan, and Fernwood.

* WHEN...Until 5 PM PDT this afternoon.

* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. Travel may be difficult over mountain passes and high elevation roadways. These winter weather conditions will impact the morning commute. Locations that see heavy wet snow could experience tree damage if they have not yet lost their leaves.

* AFFECTED AREAS: NORTHERN PANHANDLE ... CENTRAL PANHANDLE MOUNTAINS
