* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues.
* WHERE...Portions of central and west central Wisconsin, including the following counties, in central Wisconsin, Clark. In west central Wisconsin, Buffalo, Jackson and Trempealeau.
* WHEN...Until 830 AM CDT.
* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. Several roads remain closed due to flooding.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 627 AM CDT, flooding continued in the warned area. Law enforcement reported road closures or at least water partially covering some county roads in parts of southern Trempealeau County and western Jackson County in western Wisconsin. The Black River was also rising quickly. local law enforcement reported slow moving thunderstorms with very heavy rainfall across the warned area. Between 3 and 5 inches of rain have fallen. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Winona, Black River Falls, Arcadia, Trempealeau, Galesville, Blair, Fountain City, Millston, Hatfield, Shortville, Dodge, Franklin, Irving, Merrillan, Ettrick, Alma Center, Taylor, Hixton, City Point and Disco. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
