* WHAT...Arroyo and small stream flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.
* WHERE...A portion of west central Texas, including the following counties, Schleicher and Sutton.
* WHEN...Until 1045 AM CDT.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 736 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms...along and west of highway 277 in western Schleicher and Sutton counties. This includes Eldorado, Sonora and the Caverns of Sonora. This will cause arroyo and small stream flooding. Between 1 and 3 inches of rain have fallen. - Additional rainfall amounts up to 1 inch are expected over the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... the western half of Schleicher and Sutton counties. - This includes Interstate 10 between Mile Markers 381 and 408. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
