• What: For 1 night, Ho-Ho-Kus will be transformed and taken over by skeletons, zombies, ghosts and more in a town wide competition for the best outdoor halloween decorations. 4 winners will be crowned: Scariest, Most Creative, People’s Choice & Best Newbies
