Flood Advisory until 12:45PM 
* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.
* WHERE...A portion of west central Texas, including the following counties, Concho and Runnels.
* WHEN...Until 1245 PM CDT.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 938 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms...from Ballinger to Paint Rock to Eden...and westward. Movement was northeast at 25 mph. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 0.5 and 1 inch of rain has fallen. - Additional rainfall amounts up to 1 inch are expected over the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Ballinger, Winters, Paint Rock, Maverick, Eden, Miles, Rowena, Lowake, Ivie Reservoir Near Concho Park Marina, Benoit, Millersview, Eola, Hatchel, Norton, Crews, Wingate, Live Oak. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
