4th Precinct Community Service Officers Provide Anti-Theft Vehicle Locks To Kia and Hyundai Owners 
4th Precinct Community Service Officers T. Frye and K. Eley conducted a Community Walk & Talk, providing anti-theft locks to residents who own Kia or Hyundai vehicles due to social media challenges targeting these vehicles for theft. Newark residents who own a Kia or Hyundai vehicles are welcome to visit the nearest Newark Police Precinct to request a wheel lock. Proof of ownership is required.
