NC Dept of Transportation has a crew working on South Trade St just beyond Carolina Dr. They are replacing a collapsed culvert. They do have staff on scene directing traffic at this time. Please use caution, and if you must travel on South Trade, please plan appropriately allowing adequate time for traffic delays.
